日前,国务院下发了《国务院关于促进流通业发展的若干意见》,加大改革力度,提高流通企业竞争能力和流通现代化水平,为商业上市公司的发展创造了诸多有利条件。由于大多数上市公司都在国务院、商务部确定的扶持范围之内,因此在《国务院关于促进流通业发展的若干意见》颁布后将率先受益。如:华联综超(600361),王府井(600859),大商股份(600694),武汉中百(000759)等。
Recently, the State Council issued the “Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Development of the Circulation Industry”, intensified the reform and raised the competitiveness of circulation enterprises and the level of circulation modernization, creating many favorable conditions for the development of commercial listed companies.
