耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术是目前治疗前列腺增生症的主要术式。我院自1982～1995年间共行耻骨上前列腺摘除术436例,其中80岁以上老年人34例(7.8％),报告如下。 1.临床资料 一般资料:本组34例,年龄80～91岁,平均83.7岁。有急性尿潴留史26例,并发膀胱结石6例,双肾轻～中度积水7例。合并病有:冠心病12例,慢支与肺气肿11例,高血压病8例,心律失常7例,脑动脉硬化5例,糖尿病4例,腹股沟斜疝3例。
Suprapubic transurethral prostatectomy is currently the main surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Our hospital from 1982 to 1995, a total of 436 cases of suprapubic prostatectomy, of which 34 cases of elderly over the age of 80 (7.8%), the report is as follows. 1. Clinical Information General Information: The group of 34 patients, aged 80 to 91 years, mean 83.7 years. Acute urinary retention history of 26 cases, complicated with bladder stones in 6 cases, mild to moderate renal hydrops in 7 cases. Comorbidities were: coronary heart disease in 12 cases, chronic bronchitis and emphysema in 11 cases, hypertension in 8 cases, arrhythmia in 7 cases, cerebral arteriosclerosis in 5 cases, 4 cases of diabetes, 3 cases of inguinal hernia.
