对某生物质能源企业的木薯乙醇项目进行职业卫生调查,结果表明存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘(矽尘、其他粉尘),化学有害因素(甲醇、乙醇、氰化氢、硫化氢、氨、硫酸、氢氧化钠、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物),物理因素(噪声、高温、工频电场)。粉尘TWA和噪声8 h等效声级分别有2个和8个工种的接触浓(强)度超标,其余检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值。作业工人职业健康体检,未发现职业病或疑似职业病,但发现可疑高频听力轻度损害8人。提示该项目仍需加强相应的工程防护和个体防护措施。
