本文采取高温轴向拔长的方法使高铬铸铁发生塑性变形,研究了拔长比K_L=1~4.14范围内共晶碳化物的分布和立体形貌与K_L的关系;机械性能和耐磨性与K_L的关系;并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同K_L时的断口形貌。
In this paper, high-temperature axial drawing method to plastic deformation of high-chromium cast iron, the study of the ratio of K_L = 1 ~ 4.14 eutectic carbide distribution and the relationship between morphology and K_L; mechanical properties and wear resistance And K_L; and observed by scanning electron microscopy K_L fracture morphology.
