为严格执行国家食品卫生标准,保障居民身体健康,我们对1995~1998年十堰市生产、经营粮食酒的单位定期或不定期的样品264份,采用国家标准蒸馏酒与配制酒的检验方法.各类白酒的调查结果,平均合格率96.59%(255/264),逐年呈上升趋势.白酒中乙醇含量平均酒度45.84°,50°以下的酒占71.21%.甲醇平均合格率97.72%(258/264),杂醇油平均合格率98.86%(261/264),1995~1997年合格率均为100%,1998年稍有下降.氰化物、铅均全部合格.锰合格率为99.62%(263/264).从调查情况来看,白酒合格率较高,呈逐年上升趋势.
In order to strictly enforce the national food hygiene standards and protect the health of residents, we used 264 national and international standards for the inspection of distilled spirits and formulated spirits of 264 units of regular or irregular samples of units producing or operating grain wine in Shiyan City from 1995 to 1998.
