二○一四年八月二十八日第一章总则第一条为规范协同创新与平台环境建设专项资金管理,提高资金使用效益,根据《关于改进加强中央财政科研项目和资金管理若干意见》(国发[2014]11号)、《广东省省级财政专项资金管理办法》、《关于加强广东省省级财政科研项目和资金管理的实施意见》(粤府[2014]31号)以及《关于进一步加强科研项目(课题)经费监管的暂行规定》(粤监发[2014]6号)等有关规定,制定本办法。
August 28, 2014 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate the management of special funds for collaborative innovation and platform environment construction and improve the efficiency of capital utilization, according to the Opinions on Improving and Strengthening the Scientific Research Projects and Capital Management of Central Government, (Guofa [2014] No. 11), Measures for the Administration of Guangdong Provincial Special Finance for Provincial Finance, Opinions on the Implementation of Strengthening Provincial Scientific Research Projects and Capital Management at Guangdong Province (Yue Fu [2014] No. 31) Provisional Regulations on the Supervision of Funds for Scientific Research Projects (Questions) "(Yue Jian Fa [2014] No. 6) and other relevant provisions.
