为了能够准确、及时地判断出带式输送机输送带纵向撕裂故障,提出线激光辅助视觉检测方法。将一字线激光发射器与CCD相机安装在带式输送机上方,输送带上物料的形状对线激光条纹起到调制的作用。当输送带发生纵向撕裂,表面物料形状因漏料发生变化时,其上的线激光条纹也随之发生变化,通过CCD相机采集线激光条纹,并对图像进行处理、拟合及故障特征提取,以极值点个数作为诊断判据,即可实现带式输送机输送带纵向撕裂故障的检测。通过试验表明,该方法可对带式输送机输送带纵向撕裂故障作出准确、有效的诊断。
