利用生物微核测定技术,检测了杀虫双对几种水生脊椎动物的微核及核异常效应。结果表明:阳性对照药物丝裂霉素C对鲢鱼红细胞的微核率有显著影响,且有明显的剂量—效应关系。农药杀虫双对两栖类蝌蚪、鲢鱼及鲤鱼红细胞的微核率没有显著影响。但能显著地诱导蝌蚪及鲤鱼红细胞核异常的产生。说明杀虫是一种非致突变物,但它对各种水生脊椎动物红细胞核膜有一定损伤作用。
Micronuclear and nuclear anomalous effects of several insecticidal pairs of several aquatic vertebrates were examined using a biological micronucleus assay technique. The results showed that the positive control mitomycin C had a significant effect on the micronuclei rate of silver carp erythrocytes and had a significant dose-effect relationship. Pesticide insecticidal double pairs of amphibians tadpoles, silver carp and carp erythrocytes micronucleus rate had no significant effect. But can significantly induce tadpole and carp erythrocyte nuclear abnormalities. Insecticidal insecticide is a non-mutagenic, but it has a certain damage on a variety of aquatic vertebrate erythrocyte nuclear membrane.
