随着社会经济的快速发展,会计岗位的重要性愈加突出,对会计人才的职业素养也提出了更高的要求。高职院校会计教育的重要任务之一就是提高会计专业学生的职业素养,这就需要院校在工作全过程中全方位贯彻落实职业素养培养教育,制定系统化与系列化的培养方法,让学生成为高技术和高素质的应用型专门人才,实现人才培养目标。本文就对高职会计专业职业素养培养系统化设计进行分析和探讨。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the importance of accounting posts becomes more and more prominent, and the professional accomplishments of accounting talents are also put forward higher requirements. One of the important tasks of accounting education in higher vocational colleges is to improve the professionalism of accounting major students, which requires colleges and universities in the whole process of work to implement the vocational accomplishment education, formulate systematic and serialized training methods, let Students become high-tech and high-quality application-oriented professionals, to achieve the goal of personnel training. This article analyzes and discusses the systematic design of vocational accomplishment training in higher vocational accounting.
