高职院校培养人才过程中开始愈加强调素质教育的重要性,即及时将思政教育作为学生职业素质养成的核心支持要素,持续强化学生个体的理想信念、价值观念、职业道德和心理教育力度,在全方位拓展高职生思政教育范畴基础上,将课堂教学和实践、文化、服务育人等载体功能予以同步发挥,最终贯彻落实高职生职业素质改善的目标。笔者的任务,便是针对当前以职业素质养成为核心的高职院校思政教育全新内容和管理实践方式,加以细致化探讨论证。
In the course of cultivating talented people in higher vocational colleges, the importance of quality education is emphasized more and more. That is to say, the ideological and political education should be regarded as the core supportive element for students’professional quality in a timely manner, and the ideals and beliefs, values, professional ethics and psychological education should be continuously strengthened On the basis of comprehensively expanding the scope of ideological and political education for higher vocational students, it will give full play to the carrier functions of classroom teaching and practice, culture, service and education, and finally implement the goal of improving vocational qualifications of higher vocational students. The author’s task is to address the current vocational education at the core of vocational and technical colleges and universities to create a new content of the ideological and political education and management practices, to elaborate discussion and demonstration.
