依托某水泥砂浆长短桩复合地基处理工程质量事故实例,开展现场调查及地基变形监测工作。根据在柔性基础下长短桩复合地基荷载传递机理,对工程质量事故的原因进行分析,找出工程质量事故的主要原因并提出避免类似工程质量事故的预防措施。分析结果表明,由于在大面积堆土荷载作用下桩周软土固结沉降,将主要产生两种地基处理失效模式:如果桩端悬浮在软土层中,桩端将发生向下刺入变形,桩周软土发生塑性变形或塑性破坏,地基处理失效;如果桩端落在硬土层上,桩体将先发生破坏,然后桩周软土破坏,地基处理失效;在大面积堆土荷载作用下桩周软土固结沉降且桩端悬浮在软土层中是本工程质量事故产生的根本原因。研究成果可为类似地基处理工程的设计人员及相关理论研究提供借鉴。
Relying on a long-short piles of cement mortar composite foundation engineering quality accident cases, to carry out on-site investigation and foundation deformation monitoring. According to the load transfer mechanism of long and short piles composite foundation under flexible foundations, the causes of engineering quality accidents are analyzed to find out the main causes of engineering quality accidents and propose preventive measures to avoid similar engineering quality accidents. The analysis results show that due to consolidation and settlement of soft clay around the pile under the action of large earth piles load, two main failure modes of foundation treatment will be generated: if the pile ends are suspended in the soft soil layer, the pile ends will pierce deformation downward , The plastic deformation of the soft soil around the pile or plastic failure, failure of foundation treatment; if the pile end falls on the hard soil layer, the pile body will be destroyed first, then the soft soil around the pile will be destroyed, and the foundation treatment will be failed; Under the action of the consolidation of soft clay around the pile and the pile tip suspended in the soft soil layer is the root cause of the quality of the project. The research results can provide reference for designers and related theoretical researches on ground-based treatment engineering.
