马来酸罗格列酮片为噻唑烷二酮类治疗2型糖尿病的药物,临床上用于单药或联合其他药物治疗2型糖尿病,具有改善胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖及糖化血红蛋白的作用。我院于2011年5月发生2例因口服马来酸罗格列酮片出现腮腺肿胀病历,为说明书外的不良反应,现报道如下。1临床资料患者1,男,31岁,BMI 27 kg.m-2,2011年5月因体检发现尿酮体阳性,血糖异常入院。入院诊断为2型糖尿病,糖尿病酮症,糖尿病神经病变,既往体健,否认食物药物过敏
