现实中常有这样的现象:有些人在某一岗位应付裕如、成绩显著,可一提拔到领导岗位,却显得力不从心;一些在领导看来“说话有分量,办事有胆量,活动有能量”的干部,群众却不买帐。何以如此?往往是因为选用这些干部时犯了“以偏概全”的毛病。“以偏概全”,是选人用人大忌。谨记,口才不等于全才。
