电硅热法生产微碳铬铁的最重要指标之一是一级品品级率,所谓一级品即含碳<0.03%的 Cr00000铬铁和含碳<0.06的 Cr0000铬铁。电硅热法生产微碳铬铁的过程即是与碳作斗争的过程。从原料的准备和冶炼过程都要尽量减少带进的碳和增炭,但在实际生产过程中,不可避免地会带进一些碳来,这即是微碳铬铁中碳的来源。
