关于缺乏体力活动缺乏体力活动是心脑血管病的确定的危险因素。约三分之一缺血性心脏病死亡与缺乏体力活动有关。适度的体力活动有维护血管内皮功能和抗氧化、增加心脑血流量、改善微循环、降低升高的血压、降低血糖和胰岛素抵抗、减轻血脂异常(降低LDL-C和甘油三酯水平,增加HDL-C水平)、减少体重和体内脂肪等作用。此外,经常参加体力活动可提高机体对突然缺血缺氧的耐受能力。2002年全国抽样调查结果表
