随专业化的着信息化教育的不断发展以及新课改的不断深入,运用信息技术促进教师专业化的发展也面临着更加严峻的挑战,信息技术促进教师专业化的发展也是纵向发展新课改的关键。然而目前信息技术在促进教师专业化发展的过程中,还存在一些问题和缺陷,例如教师的信息技术专业化水平较低、信息技术培训不足以及专业定位不准确等。因此本文对信息技术促进教师专业化发展进行了深入的研究,并分析了信息技术对于提升教师信息技术专业化水平的作用及意义,从而提出一些信息技术促进教师专业化发展的意见和策略。
With the continuous development of specialized informatization education and the continuous deepening of new curriculum reform, the application of information technology to promote the development of teacher specialization faces more severe challenges. The development of information technology to promote professionalization of teachers is also the vertical development of new curriculum reform key. However, there are still some problems and shortcomings in the process of promoting the professional development of teachers. For example, teachers have a low level of information technology specialization, inadequate information technology training and inaccurate professional orientation. Therefore, this article has carried on the thorough research to the teacher's specialization development that the information technology promotes, and has analyzed the function and the significance of the information technology to promote the professionalization of the teachers' information technology, thus put forward some opinions and the tactics that the information technology promotes the teachers specialized development.
