为适应国家的产业调整和越来越严厉的环保法规的实施,江西宏远化工有限公司研发成功了新一代的环保助剂产品——改性水滑石系列。改性水滑石因具有极强的卤素捕捉能力,与钙皂/锌皂复配具有极强的协同效应而广泛用于钙锌复合稳定剂中。采用改性水滑石复配的钙锌复合稳定剂具有极优异的初期着色,优于常用的铅盐类热稳定剂,接近有机锡热稳定剂,长期热稳定性优于有机锡和铅盐类稳定剂,而且改性水滑石不含重金属,具有极强的使用安全性。改性水滑石作为新颖的化工产品,除在塑料工业中,还在化学工业、医药业中得到广泛的应用。江西宏远化工有限公司在第二十一届广州国际橡塑展上推出该产品后,经客户使用,得到一致好评,均认为该产品性能远超国内同类产品,达到了日韩同类产品的水平。现江西宏远化工有限公司已建成1000t/a 的生产规模,相关产品正在申请国家专利。
