利用设计的“原位”观察方法,在配备EBSD的场发射扫描电子显微镜中,对Q235碳素钢固定区域拉伸过程中的应力应变曲线上各个特征点进行EBSD试验,得到了Q235碳素钢与应力应变曲线各特征点相对应的晶粒取向图,为进一步研究该材料形变过程中的组织提供了基础数据。由于形变过程中位错开动、运动及相互作用等因素,大角度晶界在总晶界中的比例在应变1%处达到一个峰值。
In the field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with EBSD, the EBSD test was carried out on each characteristic point on the stress-strain curve during the tension of Q235 carbon steel in the fixed region by using the designed “in situ” observation method to obtain Q235 carbon The grain orientation diagrams corresponding to the characteristic points of the stress-strain curve of the plain steel provide the basic data for further study on the microstructure during the deformation of the material. Due to the dislocation in the deformation process, movement and interaction and other factors, the ratio of the high-angle grain boundaries in the total grain boundary reaches a peak at 1% strain.
