我校创办于一九六四年十一月份,虽只有短短几个月的时间,但在实际办学过程中,我们深深地体会到,正确安排师生生产劳动是坚持半耕半读、半农半教、巩固农业中学的重要关键之一。我校现有五十一名学生,上学期结束前,我们有目的地了解每个学生学习思想情况,发现准备退学的有十八个人。有的因家庭劳力少,负担重;有的因入学后生产队没有相应减少劳动基本工分,怕完成不了劳动任务。我们立即采取措施,进行家庭访问。不少家长反映:“毛主席他老人家为我们想的很周到,办了农中,我们贫下中农的孩子都能进中学。孩子进农中花钱是少了,可是工分还是误不起啊!”离校较远的学生家长说:“农中虽是半耕半读,下午散学,孩子几里路跑到
Our school was founded in November 1964. Although it only lasted for a few months, in the actual course of running a school, we deeply realized that the correct arrangement of production and labor for teachers and students is to adhere to semi-tillage and half-reading.
