通过对广州地铁运营物资供应商管理现状的分析,对影响供应商管理的问题与因素进行了探讨,提出了做好广州地铁运营物资供应商管理的思路。
Through the analysis of the status quo of the management of material suppliers in Guangzhou Metro, the problems and factors that affect supplier management are discussed, and the ideas of doing a good job in the management of material suppliers in Guangzhou Metro are put forward.
