规范意味着法治、公平和规矩,也意味着标准化、流程化、便捷化。今年5月1日起在全国试行的《全国税收征管规范(1.0)》,是税务部门按照国务院《深化标准化工作改革方案》精神打造的又一靓丽工程,实现了前台纳税服务与后台税收征管的有机衔接、相互咬合、互促互进。实施4个多月来,征管规范带来了税收管理的明显变化,也带来了高效便捷的办税体验。
