From November 2005 to May 2006, each issue of the Journal of Music Teachers (MEJ) published an article dedicated to the supervision of new teachers. This series of articles aims to provide educators who work together with new music teachers with advice on how to help their new colleagues make a good start in education. This article is the last article in the series.
