“双基”教学怎样才能落实?我谈三点意见: 首先,要做好调查研究工作。无论办什么事情,都要实事求是,从实际出发。医生给人治病要对症下药,抓“双基”教学也应反复摸清学生的情况。看看他们的思想状况和知识底细如何,哪些人在哪些方面的知识缺陷较多,哪些项目基本训练较差;学习上存在哪些困难,需要用什么方法去解决。我开展调查的方法,通常是利用课堂讲读问答、作文批改、考试测验、试卷分析和师生谈心等方式进行;对个别学生或特殊情况也进行过一些家访和社会调查。我把了解的情况、问题和积累的材料用教学笔记分户立账,分门别类地加以记载,经常翻阅分析,并不断记入新的情况和问题。这样,抓“双基”教学,心里更有底,更有针对性,效果较好。
How can two-base teaching be implemented? I will discuss three points: First, we must do a good job of investigation and research. No matter what you do, you must seek truth from facts and proceed from reality. Doctors should treat the disease to the right person, and grasping the “double-basic” teaching should also clearly understand the situation of the students. Look at their ideological situation and the details of what they are, who are in what areas have more knowledge deficits, and which projects are poorly trained; what are the difficulties in learning and what methods are needed to resolve them? My method of conducting investigations is usually through classroom quizzes, composition corrections, examination tests, test paper analysis, and teacher-student heart-to-heart talks. There are also a number of home visits and social surveys conducted on individual students or in special situations. I used the teaching notes to record accounts, problems, and materials that I had accumulated. I wrote them separately, categorized them, sifted through the analysis, and kept memorizing new situations and problems. In this way, grasping “dual-base” teaching has a more accurate, more targeted, and better effect.
