水电部海委于1985年6月12日至16日住山西省太原市召开了海河流域水资源管理座谈会。参加会议的有流域内八省、市、自治区的水利部门和部分省市的城建、环保、科研部门及海委系统等单位,会与代表是从事水资源管理多年的领导、专家和科技人员;并邀请水电部、城乡建设环境保护部、山西省政府的有关单位和黑龙江省水利厅的代表参加会议。到会代表共66人。山西省水资源委员会付主任许四复同志介绍了山西省水资源的管理经验,水电部水资源办公室付主任柯礼丹同志参加会议并讲了话。
MEPC held a forum on water resources management in the Haihe River Basin in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province from June 12 to June 16, 1985. Attending the meeting included representatives from the water conservancy departments of eight provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the basin as well as the urban construction, environmental protection, scientific research departments and the marine committee of some provinces and cities, and representatives and leaders, experts and scientific and technical personnel engaged in water resources management for many years; Invited Ministry of MEP, Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection Department, the relevant units of Shanxi Provincial Government and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Water Resources attended the meeting. To represent a total of 66 people. Comrade Xu Si Fu, director of the Shanxi Provincial Water Resources Commission, introduced the management experience of water resources in Shanxi Province. Comrade Ke Lidan, director of the Water Resources Office of the Ministry of Water Resources, attended the meeting and made his remark.
