9月开学季,对于一年级的“小豆包们”是期待与兴奋的,兴奋于到了一个新环境,期待神秘的学习生活拉开帷幕;而对于豆包家长们则是喜忧参半,既欢喜孩子长大上学了,又忧虑孩子对学校生活不适应……在这样的背景下,我开始了又一个新的工作季。学生工作——贵在养成、形成集体观念。9月,孩子们刚入学。针对孩子的特点,我分阶段确定目标,开展有针对性的教育主题活动,如“我喜欢,做快乐的三小学生”“习礼仪,做文明的三小学生”“展风范,做自信的三小学生”“我努力,做优秀的三小学生”等。
