目的:优选复方红景天颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用比较试验法和正交试验法,对复方红景天颗粒主要成分的水提取工艺进行优选,以HPLC测定红景天苷提取量及浸膏得率为考察指标,对提取次数、浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间等因素进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为浸泡0.5 h后,提取2次,第1次加10倍量水提取2 h,第2次8倍量水提取1 h。结论:复方红景天颗粒的水提取工艺合理、简单易行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of compound Rhodiola. Methods: The water extraction process of the main components of Rhodiola sachalinensis compound was optimized by comparative test and orthogonal test. The extraction amount of salidroside and the extraction yield of salidroside were determined by HPLC. The extraction times, Time, add water, extraction time and other factors are preferred. Results: The best extraction process was soaked for 0.5 h, extracted twice, the first plus 10 times the amount of water extraction 2 h, the second 8 times the amount of water extraction 1 h. Conclusion: The water extraction process of compound Rhodiola is reasonable and simple.
