国产1 025,2 045 t/h悬吊式锅炉受热面安装过程中,前、后、左、右水冷壁上联箱安装标高普遍偏低,不符合规范要求。其原因是水冷壁上联箱悬吊梁跨长较大,这种悬吊式钢架结构锅炉,因为其受热面全部重量通过数根吊杆有序分布悬吊在炉顶钢架梁上,炉顶钢架梁在受锅炉受热面自重后会自然下垂产生一定的挠度。因此,上联箱(水冷壁)、包墙下部联箱安装标高需要一定量的预留值,以解决标高重复调整。
