人力资源开发不仅是针对组织或员工绩效的数量提升,更是基于从工作身份的求真人到社会责任的向善人,达至自由发展的审美人,即人的全面自由发展的长远考量。求真的科学研究之理想指向是向善与审美。某种程度上,量化研究以大样本主张求同,质性研究以个性化坚持存异。因此,质性研究的系统引入不单纯是人力资源开发领域研究方法的扩展或研究范式的调整,更是寄望于质性研究背后的哲学视野和价值倡导,为人力资源开发的研究实践恢复应有的人文传统与人本关怀,以契合员工发展、乃至人之发展的审美需要及整体性要求。
