通过对60Si2MnA钢等温复合淬火组织性能及试样断口的微观形貌分析发现,梅氏冲击试样的冲击韧性与其断口纤维区的微观形貌具有较好的对应关系。微观断口行为则与混合组织中各种组织所占比例及碳化物的种类和数量有关。
Through the isothermal composite quenching of 60Si2MnA steel microstructure and microstructure analysis of the fracture surface shows that the impact toughness of the Mehs impact specimen with the fractured fiber region has a good mapping of the micro-morphology. The microscopic fracture behavior is related to the proportions of various tissues in the mixed tissue and the type and amount of carbides.
