土壤侵烛,不仅使土层变薄变瘦,旱灾频繁,而且造成江河泛滥,洪水成灾,良田毁灭,人畜伤亡的恶果。水土保持工作必须本标兼治,而以治本为主。治本是指各种田土一律实行免耕;治标是指增加农业投资,大搞农田基本建设,广泛植树造林,浚深大小河道,做到农田排灌两便,江河航运畅通。中国人民,终将会以改天换地的研究成果,实现“人定胜天”的诺言。
Soil invasion of candles not only makes thinning and thinning of the soil layer, frequent droughts, but also causes flooding of rivers, flooding, destruction of fertile fields and deaths of humans and animals. Soil and water conservation work must be both standard and rule-based. The root cause refers to the practice of no-tillage in all kinds of fields; the improvement of agricultural standardization refers to increasing agricultural investment, vigorously promoting farmland capital construction, extensive afforestation, deepening the size of the riverway, making farmland irrigation and drainage convenient, and smooth passage of rivers and shipping. The Chinese people will eventually fulfill their promise of “people will prevail in the sky” with the research results changing from one day to another.
