在向四化进军的凯歌声中,我们送走了一九八○年,迎来了一九八一年。过去的一年,在党中央、国务院的关怀下,在省委、省政府和国家档案局的领导、指导下,我省的档案工作积极贯彻执行了“恢复、整顿、总结、提高”的方针,狠抓了档案工作的恢复整顿,取得了显著的成绩。我们以贯彻中央(198O)l6号文件和省委(1979)171号文件为重点,认真落实全国、全省档案工作会议提出的任务。有十二个地(州、市)和绝大多数县及二十一个省级部门召开了本地区、本系统的档案工作会议,讨论提出了贯彻落实的意见。有九个地(州、市)委和行署(政府)、十二个省级部门就加强领导,恢复整顿档案工作作了决定,发了文件。
