水电部农电司和水利水电规划设计院于1984年10月12～18日,在四川省乐山市联合召开了全国小型水电站水力机械设计技术经验交流会议。参加会议有70多个单位100多名代表。会议总结了以下方面的经验。(1)小型水电站的设计工作要在统一规划和综合平衡的前提下,严格按设计程序进行,水工方面在讨论和确定各种方案时,要多听取水机设计方面的意见。(2)选择机型时,须根据水头范围、枢纽布置型式、地形地质条件、设备制造和
