目前我的文化正处于转型阶段,受多元文化的交互影响,但仍然没有形成稳定的文化形态。多种文化形态的相遇就给当今的语文教学提出了很大的挑战。教师进修学校作为教师教育教学体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,将直接影响到未来教育工作者的教育教学活动所以,而且对于教学工作者本身而言,如果教师进修学校中的语文教育质量的不到很好的提高,对于教师的语文知识素养以及专业知识能力的提高都会产生不利的影响。所以为了解决当前教育工作者所面临的问题,首先就需要对于教师进修学校的语文教育工作做出相应的调整与完善。 At present, my culture is in the process of transformation and is affected by the interaction of multiple cultures.
