一、改道的方式和时机黄河口有计划的改道是三角洲工农业生产发展的要求,也是黄河安全和河口演变特性决定的。改道的方式一般有两种,即汛期大水破堤改道和非汛期小水人工截流改道。根据已有的实践,有计划的人工截流改道有利于油田各线路的从容接通和封截,保证石油正常勘采,便于新流路畅通加大改道效果,较大流量破堤方式优越。
First, the ways and timing of the diversion The planned diversion of the Yellow River Estuary is a requirement of industrial and agricultural production and development in the delta. It is also determined by the safety of the Yellow River and the evolutionary characteristics of estuaries. Diversion is generally two ways, namely the flood diversion breakwater diversion and non-flood season of artificial closure diversion. According to the existing practice, the planned man-off and diversion of diversions is conducive to the smooth connection and sealing of all lines in the oil field, ensuring the normal exploration and production of oil, facilitating the smooth flow of new flowways and increasing the diversion effect, and the large-flow breaking of levees is superior.
