围产期窒息及由此产生多脏器功能损伤,特别是脑损伤,主要表现为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病及颅内出血,是新生儿死亡和致残的重要原因.为了解头颅CT检查对及时诊断、指导治疗及预后判断的意义,对1994年1月～1995年12月收治新生儿窒息169例,行头颅CT检查者161例,结果报告如下.
