北京恩济里小区建筑有十几万m~2采用了节能设计,其中外墙内保温采用粘土珍珠岩砖,面积达5万m~2。对此,我们组织了试点工程的施工及工艺研究,取得了良好的技术效果。 一、外墙内保温材料的选用 恩济里小区甲组团原设计外墙内保温材料为100mm厚的加气温凝土砌块(图1),经过甲1号楼施工后,我们认为该作法虽然满足了“北京地区实施细则”的要求,但其做法使得外墙较厚,减少了居住面积,而且在加气混凝土表面抹灰,易产生裂缝。选择什么保温材料,既能符合“实施细则”的要求,保证施工质量,且面层具有一定的强度,价格又低。带着这一问题,我们在小区甲2号
