本文提出了一种轧辊辊系分析的新模型:变刚度弹性基础梁—三维有限元模型。是一种将弹性基础梁理论与空间有限单元法相结合的仿真计算方法,可以用来分析研究各类轧机辊系的变形及应力状态。文中还着重讨论了辊间刚度系数及轧件与轧辊之间的刚度系数的确定原则。
In this paper, a new model of roll roll analysis is proposed: variable stiffness elastic foundation beam - three-dimensional finite element model. Is a kind of simulation calculation method combining elastic foundation beam theory with space finite element method, which can be used to analyze and study the deformation and stress state of roller systems of all kinds of rolling mills. The paper also focuses on the determination of the stiffness coefficient between rolls and the determination of the stiffness coefficient between the roll and the roll.
