研究利用有机锗(Ge-132)与无机锗(GeO_2)的性质差别。采用国产717强碱性阴离子交换树脂(转换成醋酸型),将营养液中的有机锗与无机锗分离。有机锗经 HNO_3-H_2SO_4-H_2O_2系统消化后与无机锗用样采用苯基荧光酮显色测定。经对市售样品加标后的测定结果统计,无机锗的平均回收率为97.6,CV 为7.3%。有机锗的平均回收率为97.4%,CV1.3%。
The use of organic germanium (Ge-132) and inorganic germanium (GeO 2) nature of the difference. Domestic 717 strong alkaline anion exchange resin (converted to acetic acid type), the nutrient solution of organic germanium and inorganic germanium separation. The organic germanium was digested with HNO_3-H_2SO_4-H_2O_2 system and the inorganic germanium samples were determined by phenylfluorone color. After the spiked samples of the commercially available samples, the average recovery of inorganic germanium was 97.6 and the CV was 7.3%. The average recovery of organic germanium was 97.4% and CV was 1.3%.
