近年来关于结核菌素试验对结核病的流行病学和诊断的价值有不同看法。有人报告菌阳肺结核病人结核菌素反应<10mm者占13～36%,亦有人报告<10mm者仅占5.6%。为此,作者对肺结核病人的结核菌素试验结果进行了调查。资料和方法:对卡拉奇Ojha胸腔疾病研究所181例肺结核患者进行了结核菌素试验,其中菌阳病人124例,菌阴病人57例;男性144例,女性37例,平均年龄分别为30岁和33岁。用伊斯兰堡NIH实验室提供
In recent years, the tuberculin test has different opinions on the epidemiology and diagnosis of tuberculosis. Some people report tuberculous mycobacterium tuberculosis tuberculosis reaction <10mm accounted for 13 to 36%, it was also reported that <10mm accounted for only 5.6%. To this end, the authors investigated the tuberculin test results of patients with tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: Totally 181 tuberculosis patients were tested in the Ojha Chest Disease Institute in Karachi.
