In 1953, China entered the first Five-Year Plan period. The enthusiasm of the workers and staff members is on the rise. The vast majority of employees are devoted to their duties and work hard to accomplish their production tasks. However, in some industrial and mining enterprises there is a common problem that is a considerable part of the relaxation of labor and employment discipline. Random Kuang
