根据热力学相变分类,指出在处理过程中液态物质经磁场作用后,从无序转变为有序是一种相变现象,由此解释了磁场作用后原油失放潜热不同的现象。从热力学相变的角度对有关的试验现象进行分析,更深入地认识磁处理技术的作用机理。对磁处理后原油的冷却规律进行了解释,从更深的层次认识磁处理技术的微观机理,使磁技术在油田生产中发挥更大的作用。
According to the classification of thermodynamic phase transitions, it is pointed out that the transition from disorder to order is a phase transition phenomenon after the liquid material is treated by the magnetic field in the process, which explains the phenomenon that the latent heat of loss of crude oil after magnetic field is different. From the perspective of thermodynamic phase transition, the related experimental phenomena are analyzed, and the mechanism of action of magnetic treatment technology is further understood. The cooling rules of crude oil after magnetic treatment are explained, and the micro mechanism of magnetic treatment technology is recognized from a deeper level, so that magnetic technology plays a greater role in oilfield production.
