德国的法律职业教育强调教学内容的岗位针对性、重视实践教学环节、重视实际工作能力的培养,教育教学模式具有鲜明的特色。有鉴于此,我们必须坚持依托行业办学的指导思想,特别注重教学内容的针对性,特别重视能力的培养,切实加强实习环节的管理,以能力为本位,努力构建产学结合的人才培养模式。
The legal vocational education in Germany emphasizes the pertinence of teaching content, emphasis on practical teaching and emphasis on the cultivation of practical working ability. The education and teaching model has distinct characteristics. In view of this, we must persist in relying on the guiding ideology of running a school by profession, paying particular attention to the pertinence of teaching contents, paying special attention to the cultivation of abilities, effectively strengthening the management of internship sessions, and taking capacity as the standard to strive to establish a personnel training model combining production with study.
