每年《财富》杂志评选的“全球最受赞赏的公司”总能吸引无数眼球,而在热闹的背后,提供严谨专业支持的便是Hay(合益)集团,同样,《chief executive》杂志每年“领导力培养与发展的最佳公司”的研究和排名,背后也站着Hay(合益)集团。近几年,Hay(合益)集团逐渐进入中国市场,为众多的中国领先企业提供先进的人力资源方面的咨询服务。Hay(合益)集团的上海、北京和深圳办公室相继成立,咨询业务也保持着年均50%的增长速度,是集团中最大的增长亮点。Hay Group在最新发表的报告中说,2007年中国工资上涨幅度将位列全球第一,实际工资增长幅度将超过美国、印度和东欧国家。Hay(合益)集团,是帮助组织实施战略,尤其专注于通过人才和组织的管理为客户“搭建将战略转化为现实的桥梁”。用Hay(合益)集团大中华区总裁陈玮的话来说,集团的工作就是在“如何有效地组织人才、激励人才和提升人的能力”三个方面为组织的战略服务。

In recent years, Hay Group has gradually entered the Chinese market and provided advanced human resources consulting services to a large number of leading Chinese companies. Hay Group’s Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen offices have been established one after another, consulting business also maintained an average annual growth rate of 50%, is the group’s largest growth highlight. In a newly released report, Hay Group said that in 2007, the wage increase in China will rank the first in the world, and the real wage will increase more than that of the United States, India and Eastern European countries. Hay Group helps organizations implement strategies, with a particular focus on providing customers “a bridge to turn strategies into reality” through talent and organizational management. In the words of Chen Wei, president of Hay Greater China, the group’s job is to serve the organization’s strategy in three areas: how to effectively organize, motivate and enhance people’s capabilities.
