用化学成分分析、金相组织检验以及断口宏观分析等方法对卷板机上辊早期断裂进行了分析。结果表明,轴承内圈碎块作为异物砸伤了辊轴,促使辊了在强大的扭力作下断裂。
The chemical composition analysis, microstructure test and fracture macro analysis were used to analyze the early rupture of the upper roll of the bending machine. The results show that the bearing inner ring fragments as a foreign body injured the roller shaft, prompting the roller in a strong torque for the next fracture.
