太原理工大学是办学历史近百年,目前我省规模最大,也是我省唯一一所进入国家“211”工程重点建设的大学,离退休人员达1400人,其中离休干部150人。离退休老同志为国家、为学校奉献了自己最宝贵的年华,现在他们均年老体弱。如何为他们服务好,使他们能心情愉快地安度晚年,这是我们离退休工作的根本所在。为此,我们在离退休管理工作中迸行了一些探索和改革。在实践中,我们体会到办事公开是做好离退休管理系统工作中的必要环节。 办事公开,就是在离退休的管理和服务过程中,在涉及到群众切身利益的事情和重要工作的问题上,走群众路线,让群众参与,公开办事内容,公开办事程序,公开办事结果。让群众明白事怎么办?钱怎么花?主动接受群众的监督。这样,既有利于群众维护自身的利益,也有助于增强我们管理工作的透明度,提高我们的服务质量。经费的分配与使用,也是老同志们最关注的一个焦点。即每年的经费学校应当拨多少?实际到位多少?到位的经费如何预算?钱怎么花?事怎么办?老同志都很关心。为了让群
