深圳特区经过几年的建设,高度发达的商品经济正在形成,厦门特区虽然起步较晚,商品经济也在加速发展中。一个具有国家资本主义特征的多种多样的商品关系体系正在这两个特区迅速形成。这个体系决定价值规律成为特区首要的经济规律,并促使价值决定相继转化,国际价值规律的作用逐步扩大,最终成为深圳、厦门特区(以下简称特区)经济的主要调节者。
After several years of construction in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, a highly developed commodity economy is taking shape. Although the Xiamen Special Economic Zone started relatively late, the commodity economy is also accelerating. A diverse system of commodity relations characterized by state capitalism is rapidly forming in both SEZs. The system determines that the law of value has become the primary economic law of the SAR, and has led to the successive conversion of value decisions. The role of the law of international value has been gradually expanded and eventually becomes the major regulator of the economy in Shenzhen and the Xiamen Special Economic Zone.
