迄今为止,铸钠工艺人员几乎没有深入研究漏包的浇注规律,结果常使工艺上所要求的浇注时间、重量浇注速度和型内金属上升速度等重要工艺参数无法按计划实现,因而不能有效地控制铸件的质量。铸钢件所使用的柱塞式浇包(俗名“漏”包)与铸铁件广泛应用的翻转式浇包不同,其浇注时间,浇注速度等和浇包尺寸之间有其固有的客观规律性。在本文中,依据流体力学的基本原理,用数学分析法研究了漏包的浇注规律,揭示出:在给定的浇包尺寸下,浇注时间 t、重量浇注速度 q、钢包内金属静压头 h 和钢包内存金属重量(或已浇注金属重量)G 之间的关系,并建立了公式——浇注工艺特性。本文还给出漏包的浇注工艺特性曲线的计算和绘制方法,说明了曲线在控制铸件质量上,特别在铸钢浇注系统设计方面的用途。

In this paper, based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics, mathematical analysis of the law of leakage of the pouring package, reveals that: given a ladle size, pouring time t, weight pouring rate q, ladle within the metal static pressure head h and ladle memory metal weight (or cast metal weight) G, and established the formula - pouring process characteristics. This paper also gives the calculation and drawing method of the pouring process characteristic curve of the slip bag, and illustrates the application of the curve in controlling the quality of castings, especially in the design of cast steel pouring system.
