我厂中小件铸工车间的铸件表面清理、铲刺打磨工作量很大,床身、箱体类铸件的铲刺打磨工部需要二十多名工人,主要使用风铲、风砂轮及悬挂砂轮清铲。过去,清铲打磨时,为观察铸件表面状况,采用压缩空气将表面灰尘、浮砂吹净,造成灰尘飞扬,操作点粉尘浓度高达300毫克/米~3以上,成为铸造车间劳动环境最恶劣的工部之一,也是铸造车间除尘的一大难题。我们于一九七八年完成了通风除尘系统的设计任务。根据我厂铸件铲刺打磨操作工艺的特点,采用吹尘管将铲磨产生的灰尘吸走的方法,以取代过去用压缩空气吹的方法。每清铲
