目的:建立清热解毒口服液中木犀草苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.2%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长350nm,柱温30℃。结果:木犀草苷进样量在36.6~366.0ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);方法回收率(n=6)为99.8%,RSD=3.4%。结论:方法简便、准确,可用于清热解毒口服液中木犀草苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of luteolin in Qingrejiedu Oral Liquid. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent Zorbax SB C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.2% phosphoric acid (A) -acetonitrile (B) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 350 nm The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 36.6-366.0 ng (r = 0.9999). The recovery rate was 99.8% (n = 6) and RSD was 3.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of luteolin in Qingrejiedu Oral Liquid.
