从1998年3月担任外交部部长到2008年3月卸任国务委员一职,唐家璇经历了许多重大外交事件,日前出版的《劲风煦雨》一书正是他这10年来外交生涯的记录。该书以“国际形势劲雨催程,中国外交煦风拂面”为题,选取了唐家璇所亲历的11个具有代表性的专题,披露了许多鲜为人知的外交内幕。本刊特摘录书中关于中俄黑瞎子岛谈判、我驻南联盟使馆被炸以及中美南海“撞机事件”交涉等部分精彩内容,以飨读者。
From March 1998 as Foreign Minister until he took office as State Councilor in March 2008, Tang Jiaxuan has experienced many major diplomatic events. The recently published book titled “Raining in the Winds” is just the record of his diplomatic career in the past 10 years. In the title of “international climate change, China’s diplomatic climate was flourishing”, the book selected 11 representative topics examined by Tang Jiaxuan and disclosed many little-known foreign affairs stories. In this book, we extract some highlights from the book on the negotiations between China and Russia on the Black Island, the bombing of our embassy in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Sino-US South China Sea collision incident.
